Following your treatment:

Do:

• Keep skin clean and hydrated using gentle, nourishing products

• Apply SPF 30+ daily

• Allow your skin to naturally regenerate — peeling/flaking may occur

Avoid for 48–72 hours:

• Heat, steam, sweat (gyms, saunas, hot showers)

• Active skincare (acids, retinoids, exfoliants)

• Makeup or SPF on the day of treatment

• Direct sun exposure
